Q: What is GH Racing's Lifetime Warranty Policy?
A: For any reason our parts failed under normal running conditions*, we will replace it free of charge.

The following text describes in detail what our warranty does and does not cover, subject to GH Racing final review.

If any GH Racing Aluminum products failed under normal operating conditions*, we will replace that part at no further cost to you**. Normal operating conditions covers most types of driving conditions that a R/C vehicle is designed to perform. This includes most normal bumps, jumps, and road hazards. Any GH Racing part that has been modified in any way will not be covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, drilling, grinding, filing, etc, or if the part is damaged due to modifications elsewhere on the vehicle affecting the damaged part in question. GH Racing reserves the right to final judgment regarding all warranty issues. Every GH Racing part sent in for warranty will be inspected carefully to determine if the warranty apply.

* GH Racing refers to "normal operating conditions" as most type of driving conditions that a R/C vehicle is designed to perform. Excessively tall jumps (or high falls), abnormally fast (or heavily modified) vehicles / runaway vehicles, or impacts with full sized vehicles are not considered used under "normal operating conditions". Damages cause by non-GH Racing parts such as bent or broken hinge pins, shock shafts or axles will not be covered. Additionally, "normal operating conditions" do not include area designated for non-R/C related activities, such as BMX Tracks, Skate Parks and other such areas.

** All replacement parts will be shipped back free of charge. The only costs you may incur will be in sending the damaged part to us. The customer will bear the responsibility for the freight charges and the risk of loss on all returned shipments. All return shipments should be made with carriers that offer tracking ability to help determine the chronological process of the return shipment. Parts not covered under GH Racing warranty provisions may incur shipping fees if you would like the original, damaged parts returned to you.

GH Racing Decorative Finishes: GH Racing does not warrant decorative finishes such as the anodized colored surfaces.

• Fill out the form, being as comprehensive as possible.
• In your return include the folloing: product requiring warranty, the warranty form & proof of purchase (receipt).

Our goal is to ship your warranty back out within 5 days from the day we get it. Unfortunately we cannot always accomplish this due to seasonal fluctuations in our workload or if further investigation is required. Q: Where can I buy GH Racing products?
A: GH Racing products are available worldwide through your local hobby shops and through many Internet shops and mail order suppliers. If your shop does not stock what you want or need, please ask them to order it for you if they buy products from one of our distributors.

Q: I am unable to find GH Racing products at my local hobby shop, can I buy directly from Golden Horizon?
A: You can order parts directly from GH Racing by calling 1.604.767.8522. If you are unable to locate the part you need, and your hobby shop will not order it for you, please check out one of the on-line stores that our distributors have.

Q: I am a hobby shop owner and I want to carry GH Racing products, what distributors carry your product line?
